PRICES

If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the unshipped items will be refunded to your original payment method account.

ENTERING INTO THE AGREEMENT
The Seller will acknowledge receipt of the Order electronically. All Orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller. As the acknowledgment of receipt is not acceptance of the Order, the Seller will confirm such acceptance to the Buyer by sending an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been despatched (the “Shipping Confirmation”). The Buyer shall review the Shipping Confirmation for any non-compliance with the Order in terms of numbers, type of Product, price, etc. Any discrepancy between the Order and the Shipping Confirmation shall be reported to the Seller as soon as reasonably possible either by clicking the contact us button https://www.artkn.com/contact-us.
The seller cannot be held liable for and is not bound by writing or typing errors occurring in the communication with the Buyer.
Seller reserves the right to cancel an Order or a part of an Order if the Product is out of stock. The Seller also reserves the right to cancel Orders which are assumed to be subject to resale. The seller will promptly notify the Buyer of the cancellation and will offer a full refund for all monies paid for the canceled Order.

PAYMENT
The Product is to be paid at the time the Order is dispatched from Seller. The total purchase price will be reserved on the payment card used, upon placement of the Order. If such reservation cannot be made, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the Order and will promptly notify the Buyer of such cancellation.
DELIVERY ETC.
Our package is usually shipped from our warehouse in the United States.
Standard transportation: Approximately 3-10 working days.
Shipping times are approximate and depend on where your country is located, your postal office, and customs practices.
If some products are out of stock in the warehouse, we will contact the customer and it will take approximately 15-20 working days to send them out from the cooperating manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying any additional customs taxes or charges by your government or post office.
We address your item exactly how you provide it. Once the product reaches the country of destination, your local postal office will distribute the item for delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact your local postal office for any issues that might arise after our product reaches the destination country.
Your order might be shipped in multiple shipments for us to optimize shipping and delivery times.
THE RISK FOR THE PRODUCT
The Buyer is responsible for loss or damage to the Product from the time the item is delivered to the Buyer according to the Agreement. If the time of delivery has arrived and the Buyer fails to have the Product delivered to him after the Product is available to the Buyer, the Buyer will be responsible for any loss or damage to the Product.
After the order is submitted, it cannot be modified. If there is an address error or other needs to be changed, please contact us in time to cancel the order and place the order again.
